TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer will NOT dispose of any of the following: Tires, Paint, Herbicides, Pesticides, Insecticides, Electronics, Large tree stumps, Appliances – including A/C units, refrigerators, freezers and hot water heaters, Batteries, Oil and oil filters, Gas, fuel, diesel, propane tanks, Fluorescent bulbs, Office equipment including printers, fax machines, phones, Railroad ties, Asbestos, Medical Waste, Antifreeze, Dead animals or animal waste, Weapons or ammunition, Sealed barrels as stipulated by City, County, State and Federal EPA regulations. Above items will result in the customer being asked to remove the item from the dumpster prior to pick up or may be charged an addition $150.00 or more per item.
Customer is fully responsible for the entire contents of the container and is the rightful owner of the contents of the container until the container is disposed of and accepted without protest by the prospective disposal facility. In the event that contents that are not allowed by this contract or any State, County, City, or Federal agency are disposed of, all costs, fines, penalties, or other actions taken for said disposal, will be passed on to the renting customer.
Customer agrees to provide clear access to the dumpster for loading and unloading. A blocked dumpster at the scheduled time of pickup will result in a $150.00 “dry run” charge.
Customer agrees to load the dumpster in a way that allows for the rear door to be completely closed and latched. If the rear door cannot be safely latched, the customer will be asked to remove the contents preventing this. If at the scheduled time of pickup, the dumpster cannot be safely removed, the customer will be charged an additional $150.00 “dry run” charge.
Customer will not load the dumpster over the top or sides. If the dumpster is overloaded, the customer will be asked to remove the excess content and may be charged an additional $150.00 “dry run” charge if the dumpster cannot be safely removed at the scheduled time of pickup.
Customer is responsible for all damage to the rented dumpster from the time it is delivered until it is picked up. This includes but is not limited to fire, theft, vandalism, negligence, graffiti, or any other activity which causes damage.
Compacting of trash inside of the dumpster is strictly forbidden. “Smash my trash” and other mechanical mechanisms for compacting trash can severely damage the dumpster and the customer will be subject to any repairs, including paint, if they choose to not comply.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Semper Fi Dumpsters, LLC. of any damage which may occur to the property where the equipment is placed. All reasonable care will be taken during placement and removal of the equipment to protect the property causing as minimal damage as possible. Semper Fi Dumpsters, LLC will not be held responsible for pavement
markings, road surfaces, concrete, pavers, sod, lawn, asphalt, landscaping, overhead obstructions, or any other items or property that could or may become damaged.
Customer agrees to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines on their rented dumpster.
The customer will be invoiced $65.00 per ton at the time of disposal for any applicable disposal charges. The weight will be verified using the certified scales at the disposal location.
Customer must schedule a pickup time within the rental period, or the customer will be charged an additional $50.00 per day. If the customer calls for pickup within the rental period and the pickup date is after the rental period, the customer will not be charged the additional $50.00 per day.
For dirt, concrete and block recycling the material must be clean, meaning no sticks, grass or any trash. If the material is not clean, the customer will be charged $65.00 per ton and disposed of at the nearest facility.
For dirt, concrete, block, rock or any other inert recycling, the customer will not load the 15 yard dumpster more than 1⁄2 full or exceed 7 tons of weight. Any dumpster that is overloaded or deemed unsafe to transport will be the responsibility of the customer to unload. A $150 “dry run” charge will be applied if another trip is necessary for the final pickup.
Customer is responsible for any rules, regulations and covenants within their community that may affect dumpster placement. Customer should consult with their Homeowner Association prior to renting the dumpster. The customer is responsible for any local city or municipality permit which may be required.
Customer acknowledges that during the dumpster rental, they will retain, care for, and control container contents. Customer will indemnify and hold harmless Semper Fi Dumpsters, LLC, its owners, its employees, agents, and corporate associates of any damage or injury to persons or property while container is in the customer’s possession and until the contents are disposed of
and/or processed.
Semper Fi Dumpsters, LLC accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, (EFT) Electronic Funds Transfer or cash. Payment is due upon delivery. Customers paying cash will need to have a valid credit card or ETF on file.
Customers failing to pay any invoice will be subject to collections through the contracted collections agency on behalf of Semper Fi Dumpsters, LLC.
Semper Fi Dumpsters, LLC will make every attempt to deliver and pickup on the agreed upon date and time. Semper Fi Dumpsters, LLC will not be liable for any delay due to weather, traffic, breakdowns, or any administrative activities.
